Product Safety & Recall Statement

At Haldrington Brands LLC, the safety of pets and their owners is our highest priority.

We own and operate our own ICA- and FDA-registered manufacturing facility in Bogotá, Colombia, and maintain rigorous quality controls at every stage of production.

In the unlikely event that a safety concern is identified with any Haldrington Brands product, we will:

Immediately initiate a voluntary recall in full cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and, where applicable, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA-FSIS).

Publicly announce the recall on this page, on our social channels, and through direct communication to distributors and retailers.

Provide clear instructions for consumers on how to identify affected products and obtain a full refund or replacement.

Post all recall notices simultaneously on the FDA and USDA recall portals.

As of today, December 2, 2025, Haldrington Brands LLC has no active recalls.

We will update this page immediately if a recall is ever required.
